Do we know the astrology of the sun and planets?

What Im trying to get at is..
Can we "predict" where we are at in "time" weather wise with our planet and the sun.

Will this year be one for many tropical storms, tornados?
Will this year be one for extraordinarily cold winters?
Will this year be one for extraordinarily hot summers?
Will this year be one of peace and wonderful weather?

Will the suns surface be very active an create many solar flares?
Will the suns surface be extra quiet for a time?
