Hello! I'm just wondering if it is a good thing that I escaped having pluto in conjunction with libra rising when it comes to attracting women romantically? I was born a few minutes too early to have pluto in conjunction with libra rising.

I don't think it's a good thing per se, actually Pluto on the ASC makes people quite magnetic (though they can attract and repel others).

But I guess that makes you less intense, so it may be easier for you to enjoy your relationships compared to someone who has Pluto conjunct their ASC.
