Topic: Why does he have more aspects with her when she & I have the same planets??

I am just begininng to learn about synastry and my boyfriend I have alot of positive aspects...

What I dont get is even though she & I both have mars in cancer, i saw more positive aspects between them than his & mine.
how exactly does synastry work? Do you compare each planet side by side? Im confused and a little intimidated. IP: Logged |

I would worry about the venus conjunct mars synastry they share.She's the mars person so her eyes may still be on him. I'd watch out for that! IP: Logged |

Hi Libraneyes!
Get an account at astro.com. Their charts are much better and much clearer.The reason you have different aspects is because your Mars is at a different degree in Cancer.
Aspects are not by sign - They are by degree! Your boyfriend is with you and not her.. and he is with you for a reason - so don't stress. He likes *you*.
Even with the best synastry - if two people decide not to be together.. it is what it is. I've had Venus conjunct Mars before - and I would never go back to these guys. How long ago was their breakup? IP: Logged |

Libraneyes - I just saw your second question. You actually don't have Venus conjunct Mars as far as I can see - but these charts are not very clear. His Venus seems to be at 25 degrees in Cancer, while your Mars is at 6 degrees in Cancer.. so they are 19 degrees apart.
They are in the same sign - but they are not conjunct. It doesn't matter though. Don't worry about one aspect and whether you have it or not - Synastry is about the whole picture. You can ask for an interpretation in Personal Readings - but please get a clearer chart from astro.com - because people probably won't interpret these. IP: Logged |

Yeah use charts from astro.com because it's easier to read.
Secondly that's inappropriate you should tell him to block her number.
What types of things is she saying? I think mars conjunct venus is why she's chatting him up, that's my astrological explanation. Mars tends to chase venus. Just know the venus person does not always reciprocate the feelings back, so I wouldn't worry about him doing anything unless he has given you a reason not to trust him.

I see...so it's by degree not by sign. He & I have been together over 3 years and we are actually getting married in a month & a baby is on the way.She likes to text him telling him stupid thIngs like she had a dream of him the other night or asking about his family. For some reason I have been stressing over her because she is very sneaky and vindictive. Get this- she was my bestfriend. He was my boyfriend in high school, she told him lies about me that led to us breaking up...our friendship ended & I changed schools. they then started dating & were together for 3 year.. they were each others sexual firsts. Towards the end of their 3 yr relationship he & I starting talking again and we reconnected. We picked up again a month after they broke up & have been together ever since. He was my sexual first. Our love is very strong. I just worry that she will keep trying to put herself in his path. Learning about synastry has added some stress.. IP: Logged |

Honestly, why hasn't this been worked out yet? A girl is still texting him that he had a long relationship with and you have previously experienced her lying to him about you? Have you told him that this makes you uncomfortable?Your partner should be told all of this and then I would think that he would come to the conclusion that she is not a good person to have involved in both of your lives. I have spoken with him about it & he completely understands how I feel. Whenever she tries to text him he immediately gives me his phone before replying. I trust him. It's just that when I see the aspects in their synastry I worry about what would happen if he ever ran into her later down the road.I hate that I am even thinking about her! I want to push her far out of my mind but ever since I began learning about synastry all these worries have sprung up. He and I have a Venus square Venus...but we also have a Venus trine Pluto. There is much sexual attraction between us so idk. gah! I feel like I'm worrying for nothing >.< thanks anyways for listening I really appreciate it! IP: Logged |

Squares arent always bad, basically they are not bad they just need more effort than trines and sextiles.
