Hello guys! I have moon in aries in the 7th house. I've read that the 7th house in ruled by libra. Does that mean that my aries moon emotional character will be coloured and controlled and motivated by libra as my "landlord" sort of?

Also, I have venus in my 4th house in capricorn. But my ascendant sign is libra. Does that mean I have venus in both my 1st house and my 4th house? Is that the reason why I am often so flirty?

Yes, In your case Venus is your Ruling planet
(Libra)
Natal Venus occupies your 4th house.
it's also the natural ruler of the 2nd house (Taurus)
and the 7th house (Libra)

it also rules the house where Taurus is on the cusp (8th house?)
