I have an afflicted Moon w/ Neptune in the 4th, could that be indicative of family issues?

My mom has an unaspected Aquarius moon with Libra Sun conjunct 2 malefic planets and Venus, and Saturn opposite her sun.

It's terribly hard to live with her. Just constant fights/problems in the family and misconsceptions about my Bull.

Then again, my mom doesn't have even that compatible chart with me either. (She has also Aqua moon opposite Uranus in Leo...)

All i have is IC ruler(Saturn)opposite Mars as bad aspects...

Im gonna go talk to my mom later that if she's gonna continue to talk shxt about my boo and make stuff up , and ignore the fact that i need my freedom bc im always stuck at home, im headin' to my friend's house.

I am tryna get my life together but when you restrict me from doing so, how the hell am i gonna do that?

I have T Pluto in Cap transiting my IC right now, and the day when Pluto conjuncted my IC, dad died.
