I don't know anyone who'd be unable to have sex unless they're in love.
Unless they're very young and don't have much experience or something.

My ex had Mars in Cancer and he had no problem getting sexual with people he had no feelings for (but it may be different for women with that placement).

There is probably a "preference" of course, like most people would rather have sex with someone they're in love with, but usually it's not that cut and dry.

Mars / Neptune aspects can go either way.
They can be either promiscuous or take the whole love / sex issue on a different level - that's when they'd rather "make love" than have sex, ya know.

To me sex is the grandest expression of your love for someone.
Yes I do think sex can strengthen love, you should do it because you want to, not because feel you have to.

I think with out love, sex seems rather primal imo.

Venus rules my 7th house.
Pluto is my chart ruler.

I also have Venus conjunct Chrion and Vertex opp Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus.
