Topic: Is Venus in Capricorn a troubled placement?

So I read somewhere that Venus in capricorn people are likely to have very troubled love life? (i am a newbie xD)
and it's true at least for me haha I have no problem meeting new people but to making one stay is very hard I still findI also read somewhere that some people just find it easier to stay away from venus in Capricorn people in general so since this forum has been really helpful so far, I was wondering if somebody can help me understand better what Venus in Capricorn people should be more aware of to improve? So far one I've heard was that Venus in capricorn people should try to be more expressive and to not make dates sound like a business deal? haha
any info would be great  or I would appreciate personal advices too

My sister has Sun in sag, moon in aries and venus in cap too  She dated 2-3 guys briefly then met her husband at 22 I think. They got married 2 years later and it's been almost 10 years. He is a scorpio and they are very happy together. They have a 4 year old daughter.She was always serious about love. I don't think she was very picky about looks. Reliability is something that impresses her a lot. I've always thought she was clever when it comes to choosing a life partner. I'm much more foolish. IP: Logged |

I think you should just be yourself. That's how you will find someone perfect for you. I don't think there is anything wrong with venus in capricorn. They happen to have a realistic approach to life and relationships which I find very healthy IP: Logged |

No, Venus in Capricorn is not a sign of having a troubled life necessarily.
After all about 1/ 12th of the human population have that placement; it`s too general to come to that conclusion.You would need to take the whole chart into account, see in what houses Venus falls, which houses she rules (the houses where there is Taurus and Libra at the beginning of the house), and what aspects she makes.
Pay especially attention to conjunction, square, opposites within an orb of about 5 degrees. These might be major themes connected to Venus. However, more important for a general overview are the configurations of Sun, Moon, and ASC and MC. Having one of the outer planets Saturn, Uranus, Neptune or Pluto in conjunction, square or opposition to one of these, including Venus, might bring up some internal tension, that could lead to leading a troubled life. But you really have to take more into consideration than signplacement alone. IP: Logged |

hmm well as for me
I find brunettes more attractive than blondes
and somewhat tanned skin looks better than pale skin I find lol
not too much fan of a jewlleries but I guess few would look good (only simple stuff like earings)
Yeah I personally prefer clean and tidy look over flashy look.. which is why I find business casual look super attractive.. o man.. business skirts are just killers...ummm but one weird thing is... even though I constantly look for security in terms of romantic relationship.. I find myself being also attracted to girls who are hard to get or even mean lol kind of hard to explain..

I had a little fling with a guy who had Cap in Venus and Mars (not in conjunction w/ tight orbs). He told me he was a womanizer when we first met (maybe as a disclaimer). It might be a troubled placement in that they are players or settle down later in life, but I am going to assume the just enjoy the chase. IP: Logged |

My Venus in Cap friend has a somewhat difficult love life from this placement. She's really practical about her partnerships. She isn't overly emotional and has a difficult time being really sexual. She sometimes wonder if she's a-sexual since she doesn't want to have sex and she's almost 20... she hates feeling pressured by her current partner to be really sexual when it doesn't really feel like 'her'. But, she likes closeness without having sex. I see her as a deadringer for an a-sexual person. Besides this, she's very shy and inhibited when it comes to even kissing, she's told me, and it bothers her quite a bit. Doesn't help that her Venus is sextile Saturn too I guess. IP: Logged |

I know someone who has Venus in Cap conjunct Uranus and Neptune and he used to be a womanizer (though you'd never tell cause he looks so serious and stoic) but now he's in a relationship with a Sag girl whose Venus conjuncts his.. and yes, she's a brunette, lol.IP: Logged |

hmmm well I would say I flirt alot.. like A LOT.. its probably my Sag sun effect but I don't think I would consider myself a womanizer or a player.. just super flirty i guess lol I think I would love to chase if I wanted something just for fun not anything serious
but if I really liked the person, I would be very insecure about any hesitant actions displayed by the other.. very recently I asked a girl I liked out and she cancelled/counter offered the date 30 minutes before we were supposed to meet and like.. I withdrew immediately
It took me 2 months to talk to her again :s but yeah chase is fun but if I am looking for something serious.. I think reliability and consistancy would be very very important and as for the attention thing.. I think I would want attention form her only if I paid her attention first :s unless... it was well coated with good excuse or casuality like 'oh you forgot your pen at work' lol but you probably don't have to worry about venus in cap giving you attention first.. I was told we make moves very quick, well at least I do

Venus is Cap could marry for money or status. I am not saying all of them do, of course, but if there was one Venus that could, it would be this one imo------------------

My rule is that I have only one chance with girls.. meaning if I get rejected I never ask her out again.. if I break up with a girl I can never go back (thus try my best while it lasts) As described previously, the girl who ended up playing me like a toy for a year because I didn't jump on her counter offer for a date.. also happened to be venus in leo.. she made me break all the rules.. and on top of that humiliated me like no tomorrow
I should have known better not to get on leo's nerves... :'( onky if I knew back then.. I tend to come across venus in leo girls quiet often though.. I have no idea why

Oh I was told that leo is a very dominant sign that it even influences reserved signs like cancer or virgo I guess leo just cant be messed with.. just too strong

meh, cap venus and aries moon here. I don’t think my love life is troubled. I have rules too lol I never mess with anyone who’s in a relationship and I don’t waste my time with control freaks and players. Those rules keep me out of troubles  Capvenus89, just be who you are, when you meet the right one everything will fall into place. Good luck =)

oh no, he tells everyone his rules, so they can be followed.. that's what took us so long in the first place, cuz I didn't follow his rules..
I would say ok, and then just do what I wanted.. even though I was obsessed and crazy for the guy, u didn't let him tell me what to do..
