Topic: Natal pluto sq transit pluto....please share your experiences with this transit?

My pluto is libra@11.04, so its this transit is about to hit me, my pluto is in my 1st house 3 degrees on my AC, libra@7.05....Im wondering what this might bring, id like to hear any experiences you could share, please? Im a little scared! lol IP: Logged |

Hi Gabby! As you may remember, we are classmates  I do feel a lot of pressure to get my act together. I have changed my diet rather drastically, and made some other changes that I hope will get me through the transit comfortably. Nothing so far that I cannot handle. 'Interested to see other replies.

My natal Pluto is 9 Libra; my natal Venus 6 Cap (rules 5th, 6th, 10th house and falls in 1st house - Pluto rules 11th and 12th house and sits on the MC on 5 Libra).
pr ASC on 8-9 Capricorn.I have VERY drastically changed my diet from last november, resulting in a weightloss of 26 kilos until now, and a changed Self-image as well as Self-presentation.
I was actually amazed how smoothly that went (the decision was made when Tr Uranus was precisely conjunct my IC and squaring Venus by 1 degree btw). However, the last weeks and months have been more than exhausting, tumultous and extreme. Extreme (emotional) pain, extreme joy and happiness, too. My grandmother died last week, so that belonged in the extreme pain category - simultanously there was pr Moon conjunct pr DESC on 8 - 9 Cancer squaring natal Pluto and opposed by Tr Pluto. So thatīs that. However, despite everything I feel stronger and more myself than ever before. I just noticed that my clothing style is changing as well. lol IP: Logged |

thank you, Faith.I just wanted to add about the transit, I am growing less patient with silly stuff (and I guess that might only be silly in my own perception, and it also seems to be true for some of the astro-stuff I am reading on the net; most of it seems so shallow and without a strong fundament, lacking depth and thoroughness, just scratching the surface and this generalizations leading to wrong or misleading results/ conclusions. I KNOW that this probably sounds arrogant, but that is also one result of the Transit for me, I think, that i feel disinclined to waste time on anything that lacks quality or depth in my opinion. Of course that is only my opinion. But yeah, not feeling very compromising these days.  ). IP: Logged |

Im so sorry for your loss, Ceri!! I'm glad your coping but its never easy!

I'm feeling the pressure to, its like i want to get everything ive ever wanted to accomplish done, all at once!
That started as it hit with a square to my AC, then it moved to conjunct my IC/Valentine/Eros....and i finally got the courage up to truly pour my heart out to someone about my deepest feelings for them,i cant believe i held them back for 4 years! I wasnt even scared they just came out without any effort at all.
I see all the mistakes ive made but instead of feeling down i finally feel like i have the strength to change it all. I'm still waiting on it to hit my natal Pluto, i hope i can stay ahead of the energy and allow it to push me forward. I dont want to ignore its pull to change everything, id hate to get behind this energy and watch it drag me along. So far my changes have been very emotional and spiritual, pluto did oppose my nessus cancer@2-3 in 2009, and i had a very angry few months....my nessus is retrograde and i did struggle with feeling suicidal, self abusive tendency's were alive and well in me at that moment.
This has been a crazy past few years, cant believe its nowhere near over! The four mid-life transits that will take you through approximately ages 36-45.
Transiting Pluto square natal Pluto
Transiting Neptune square natal Neptune
Transiting Uranus opposite natal Uranus
Transiting Saturn opposite natal Saturn Next will be my saggy neptune@11 squared by pisces neptune, then my scorp uranus@4.44 will get hit by taurus uranus, making a t-square with my leo saturn@2.50. Hopefully transit saturn wont be opposing my natal saturn at the same time!!
Ugh, i know we all go through this, but how does anyone grow old gracefully during all this?! LOL

^Okay omg. I was like, imagine that? Like, real talk, any one of us could be neighbours and not know it, so anything goes.Any ways, to actually contribute, that Pluto aspect is going to be a separating aspect, so think in themes of finishing, ending, completing, and so on! It will someday trine my Taurus MC (so applying trine) and hopefully my career will BLOSSOMMMMMMM under that transit!

I am currently going through a divorce that was catalysed by a fated romantic encounter with a friend. Extremely painful! Especially when children are involved.IP: Logged |

thanks for your compassion.  But really I donīt want to scare anyone who has a hard Pluto transit. I am sure people go through these without experiencing physical death.
In my case there were of course several things at play; I mean how are the odds to have progressed Moon in Cancer tie neatly into that Pluto-pluto-square?
Also, this progressed Moon in Cancer was conjunct my Grandma`s Sun-Mars-Pluto-conjunction, who obviously was experiencing the opposition to Tr Pluto. Pluto sits on the MC, so Pluto has something to do with the parental/ family axis in my case along with other symbolism. Nevertheless it is interesting for me to note that when Transit Pluto was conjunct my natal ASC and IC-ruler Mars, my maternal grandfather died. But looking beyond the deaths that unfortunately took place, I think what is more pronounced and generalized with Pluto-transits is that kathartic transformative element. Yes, something has to die (or let go of), but it does not ncessarily involve physical death. After all I went through Tr Pluto being conjunct NN, Neptune, Mercury, Sun and recently Venus without any physical deaths occuring, yet of course these ransits left me changed forever. Having said that the probability that a transit will manifest in physical terms as well is greater with aspects to the angles, yes; but in my case this also definitely took place in the form of losing weight for example.

Settle in, this aspect may be with you for a while. If this is a stand alone aspect then the potential is resistance from others, perhaps from behind your back. Your job is to be up front and honest with everyone.Are you interested in Transits? Perhaps this site can help you.
