I did look at the second picture. Did you read the article you linked? It said 4:24. It could be that the "4"s were written in a fancy script that looked like "6"s.

He is a mixture of Scorpio and saggitarius ascendant to me. Something feels off if he is a Sagittarius ascendant, as well if he has pluto in the 1st house if he did.The birth time is 4:24, when you look at a non blurry image of the paper.
Pluto in the 2nd house makes more sense, along with moon in the 2nd house. It doesn't feel right if they are in the 1st.

I did further checking online, Lillith, you are right, first chart IS the correct one. It's just in that one pic those fours look exactly like sixes. In the others, like you said, they look like fours. That's not a very good pic.So WOW he does have all those placements in eight. That kinda surprises me. I wonder if he will do a lot of investment banking at one point? It's just hard to believe that's his chart. I would expect more angular planets since he will most likely be a public figure. I can understand why he's NOT a Leo sun. The royals are usually reserved, keep a stiff upper lip. That's not most Leos I know. They are much freer and animated in their expression. Maybe he would have a tougher time fulfilling his royal duties as a Leo sun?He will feel obligated to travel as a service to his people, like other royals. Maybe he will be sorta like Prince Harry?
