Hi there! My inexpert opinion is that there will be major challenges in the "theme" that the dominant planet is associated with. For example, my dominant planet according to astro.com's Pullen charts is Jupiter. My Aries Jupiter is in a t-square with my Cap sun and Libra Pluto.
One of the major stresses of my life is trying to find and defend my philosophy of life (Jupiter) while feeling under constant pressure from family members and friends (Libra Pluto) to abandon or change my spiritual pursuits. Balancing these forces seems to be right at the core of my identity (sun.) A lot of people face stress in this area but for me it is very tense; for example, my husband is very religious and hates astrology. Raising my children with two parents whose spiritual outlook clashes entirely is a big challenge.
In your case, I would think that Saturn makes you appear (ASC) and speak (Mercury) with more seriousness than you would like? Saturn squaring Mars indicates some tension about your activities, like indecision. My guess is, Saturn's dominance just makes all these issues more obvious for you.
Maybe as you work these issues out, you are becoming more of a person who exemplifies a serious but insightful (Aquarius) mindset, and who possibly plans more than she acts, but definitely acts deliberately and again with that Uranian flair.
Just guessing!
