My North Node is in the 12th degree of Libra and his moon is in the 18th degree of the same sign.Is it a conjunction?And if yes,what does it mean?

First off, if they are in your chart, it's not synastry which is comparing the charts of two people for compatibility.

What you are looking at is a natal aspect.

You have the moon at 18 Libra and the NN at roughly 12 that's 6 degrees difference. This is a conjunction with a wider orb.

Actually..my moon is in Aquarius.His Moon is in Libra.My NN is in Libra.It's not a natal aspect
