Oh, wow. I've had those (and they have turned into long-term relationships, unfortunately). Wow, what a roller-coaster ride (but an extremely sexy one)!Erm...good luck? Things can get nasty (in a not-good way) with those aspects, eventually. But they're terribly difficult to resist! IP: Logged |

I'd kill to see that! :P Actually, the only intense placement I've shared with a man is Moon opposition Sun and Venus Square Pluto. My Venus hit his 12th house and his my eight. He was my teacher last year, every time I had my lessons with him he ignored every other student in class. He's an art teacher and wanted to paint my portrait.I felt so really weird about that lol ------------------ I am stuck in a daydream IP: Logged |

@ Orange, I have venus/pluto DW with a guy and it is CRAZY!!!!! We also have venus/mars DW and the sexual attraction is Off The Charts!!! If that kind of attraction doesn't end up in a relationship...I'd think someone would have to move clear across the country to put out that fire!!IP: Logged |

I hate Venus/Pluto in synastry. Too much drama. My ex had it with me and now has it with his current girlfriend their relationship is just as dramatic and love/hate as ours was. Mercifully, my relationship is quiet and serene and Saturnian. Good riddance to Venus/Pluto. IP: Logged |

Ha. I hear that. I wouldn't say that I *hate* the dynamic (in fact, I've been known to be quite addicted to it, in addition to Pluto/Moon aspects), but yeah...it has never ended well for me, personally. One such brief relationship I had of that nature was with a Scorpio, Pisces moon and Cancer rising (or the other way around, I can't remember). Yeeyikes! IP: Logged |

LOL Orange! You are too funny! I'm really entertained with your writing and good luck with the delicious drama.I had my Pluto opposite a couple guys Venus that I dated... I find this to be the position where Pluto has the most power over Venus... and least affected self. However, since I read that the opposition magnifies the "cold" side of Pluto the draw is not as strong - when the feelings dissipates it goes away fast. Enjoy the sweet tension though! IP: Logged |

This could be true.... Eva Longoria and her ex hubby Tony Parker had a very tight opposition, his Pluto-her Venus, and seems like he had the power on his hands. He did break her heart into a thousand pieces, at the end :-( Same with Nick Cannon and Mariah Carrey - she is the Venus and he is the Pluto in their tight opposition aspect and it seems like he has her wrapped around his fingers. I actually read on a couple of places, one being the Neville's incredible book "Planets in synastry", that Venus- Pluto opposition is the most disturbing of all venus-pluto aspects.

ORANGE!! my god! I am Pluto in a Pluto-Venus conjunction in Scorpio and I have done that too! NO ONE stands between a Pluto and his Venus.
And I mean no one.

Everything that I keep reading says how Pluto has the upper hand in this aspect. To me it seems like Pluto(and I'm one of them) are the ones that are possessed by their crazy, magnetic attraction to Venus.I have a Moon/Pluto/Lilith conjunction opposite his Venus, among other aspects. It's torture, because he's married. The thing that really bothers me is that I know that if I pursued him, he could not resist. No matter how hard he tried, I saw it in his eyes the first time we met. I hate cheating!!!! So this is not something I would do, but I'm well aware of what I could do to manipulate the situation. It just bothers me that my mind even goes there. Damn you Venus, you sexy B!+@#. IP: Logged |

Ok, so the venus/pluto DW is a trine and quincux both are EXACT! The venus mars DW are both quincux at 1 and 2 degrees. We also have a mars/pluto DW (square and sextile at 2 degrees) and my BML trines his venus (1), opposes his mars exact and squares his pluto (2). His BML conjuncts my sun at 1 degree! I could go on and on with the asteroid placements....can you say sexual tension??!! It's H. O. T!!!!! Almost unbearable!!! IP: Logged |

I didnt know it's an aspect that creates attraction. I thought it was an annoying aspect.

There is also an exact semi-sextille - his Mars at 17' Scorpio and my Venus at 17' Libra. I dont think the semi sextille would do much, though. Even though the resonance of number 17 icreates an affinity.
I believe IQ (and I have read elsewhere) says that the inconjunct is karmic in nature ( especially when it's venus/mars.). And the fact that it's a DW intensifies the aspect. Really any aspect between venus and mars is going to create that sexual attraction/tension. Add the DW, and it will intensify it. Also since the inconjunct is a major aspect, it still holds weight. Given the semi-sextile is minor ( I believe), you wouldn't feel it a lot, it just may give some undertones. IP: Logged |
