Quincunx (or inconjunct-same aspect by a different name) is a very uncomfortable aspect because the two signs have nothing in common; they differ in both quality and element. The orb for the aspect in synastry needs to be tight (say 2 degrees or less depending on how important the Mars and Saturn are in the individual natal charts). Assuming that it's important, it basically means that one individuals drive/action/initiative is uncomfortable with the other person's discipline/restraint.

Of course, no aspect is so bad that two mature people can't work through it and no aspect is so good that two immature people can't screw it up. It still comes down to how the two individuals choose to work together.

I have overcome the phase when i try to get every possible aspect i can from my synastry. I don't know, if we really should count those quincunxes...

Yes, i have Mars quincunx Saturn with someone. I am Mars, he is Saturn. Marsis my 8H ruler, Saturn is his 8H; 7H ruler, so i am glad to even have this aspect, no matter what it implies. However i think major aspects like conjunctions, oppositions, squares and trines are the ones that will matter at the end of the day, not quincunxes.

This is a minor aspect not a major one. That is seen frequently in aspect combinations in Synastry Aspect charts. It implies that you will be witness to situations that are outside of your control, that, may affect you. Health issues, company downsizing and, winning a lottery tend to have the 150 aspect present for the situation.

There may be an easier way to read and understand complicated Synastry pie chart aspects. Pie chart aspects can also be produced onto a basic Synastry Aspect Chart. Review the sample chart at your leisure. It may help you gain even more insight than you currently have.
