The size of my houses vary, 12th 11th and 10th house axis is incredibly tiny. This is while using placidius but koch evens out it out. Is this normal? I've never seen a chart that looks like mine. Do any of you have an extremely tiny house axis? IP: Logged |

My friend in Sweden has extremely tiny houses in her chart.ASC on 15 Cancer, IC on 14 Leo, yet Placidus is the only housesystem whose results match the reality of her life. IP: Logged |

I've changed my birth place, when I go further south the axises begin to scatter out evenly. Perhaps this is due to the location of my birth? I think those born near the equator people have equally distributed house axises. Does this have any symbolical meaning?IP: Logged |

I don't know about the "symbolic meaning", but you've nailed it. The houses are determined by the latitude of the birthplace so the nearer the equator, the more equal the houses will be. Further north or south of the equator will result in highly variable house sizes. Which houses are larger or smaller at that latitude will vary according to the time of day/night of the birth. I think a birth closer to noon or midnight will be somewhat more even then one around sunrise or sunset, but I'm not positive on that last bit.IP: Logged |

Yeah, here's my chart to help back that up. IP: Logged |

Well, what can I say? I'm fabulous. But, seriously. Thanks for telling me. I now know why. I mean, I knew, but it all makes sense now. IP: Logged |
