Eh, I wouldn't check the number of planets in a modality/element because it doesn't take into account whether the planet is generational, or how powerful it is; e.g. neptune in capricorn is going to have a lot less impact than mercury in pisces.

Doesn't take into account house placement/aspect either

^ It means that you are very mercurial. Mercury plays a big part in your chart and life. You are probably interested in activities related to mercury. Activities related to house that your Mercury occupies and activities related to the sign that your mercury is in are very important in your life.

On the Astro/Pullen delineation, my chart, ranking for planets, Venus is first, Neptune second.
For the signs, Libra is ranked first, Pisces second.
