This is quick from what i remember this is what each sign rules, and so most likely to have problems in that area:Aries-The head Taurus-Neck/throat Gemini- Nervous system Cancer-Chest, breast, lungs Leo-The heart, Virgo-stomach, digestive system Libra-Kidneys, lower back Scorpio-reproductive organs Sagittarius-upper thighs, hips Capricorn-Skeletal system Aquarius- Calves, ankles Pisces-Feet. Also each planet and how it aspects another has an impact, along with transits. Neptune squaring anything will be a sign that trouble can manifest in something. For example, Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, so Saturn to rules bones. Neptune in a hard angle to Saturn will be a sign that skeletal problems may be an issue. On the other hand Saturn also is 'limitations' while Jupiter 'excess' so how they aspect another thing can show us what we may have too much or too little off, when it comes to health.

Yeah, this really intrigues me too.
Gem and nerves is classic from what I understood especially in relationship to Uranus... But that's as far as I got so far, lol.
