I don't think Saturn gives any info here. I would add that I don't think the planets that are generational from Saturn on seem to give info for decans and duads.

This is just from my personal meditation from the last 2 days.

Any thoughts-yea or nay?

I think the opposite actually. Since outer planets move very slowly and each duad changes evry 2.5 degrees I thik it is relevant maybe not for natal chart interpretation purpose but when comparing duad charts between them or someone's natal chart with another duad chart I do think it can enlighten us.

Can you give practical examples, please?

When it comes to Saturn, I definitely think Duad and Decants do apply.
Decants for an emphasis on the level of a certain group withing the saturn generation.
Then Duad for an even smaller group with another emphasis on something else.

EX: Let's say someone has Saturn in Pisces.
Their needs are to =
Pisces Saturn may need to work on developing self-confidence to fully appreciate their abilities. They need to learn to trust and listen to their subconscious. They can be a bit more realistic than you'd expect.

But the person is born under the Scorpio decant of this saturn.
So this would also apply to them =

Saturn in Scorpio can be secretive. When hurt, they can be unforgiving. They don't like to be treated unfairly. They may be cunning, resentful, jealous, or possessive. They are shrewd and like to come out on top of any type of deal.

So 1/3 of this Saturn group would be secretive about having no confidence. They will hide their weakness to go on top.

Now if they fall on the Duad of Capricorn, it would mean they have overcome their issues with self-confidence or if they have not, they will fall into depression if their secret comes out. These folks, would steal ideas to make sure they are on top.

You can calculate the very exact degree of a duad a planet is in. My pluto is at 24° taurus duad, my saturn is at 3°cancer duad (which conjuncts my natal jupiter) but then I am not sure you can use duads that way. Since it is zodiac inside the zodiac itself, can we make comparisons? how relevant would they be? And especially what information would they give us?
