Looks gooood!
Very exciting, loving, sometimes unpredictable.
May be quite focused on security - physical as well as emotional.
The two people together may look quite.. unconventional (Aqua DSC) but they relate to one another in an intimate way (Moon on DSC).

There's depth (Pluto trines) and energy (Mars trines) that can also mean there's lots of attraction - physical as well as emotional.

Quite a stable relationship even though occasionally there might be some ups and downs that may shake up the whole foundation (Moon opp Uranus in the 1st).

Could be a friends' or lovers' composite, people who are close to one another in some way.

Nah I don't think they're that bad in the 12th, their manifestation is actually quite weakened.
But it can mean that deception / unstability (if any) will creep out seemingly out of the blue - so that may feel like a.. "BOOM!" all of a sudden.

I would consider it conjunct the ASC, yes.
Especially because it opposes Moon on the DSC.

There could be some significant ups and downs in the emotional sphere that could at times break the relationship (may be an on and off dynamic).

Jupiter squares usually indicate that there are too many promises that don't come true.
Grand ideas, big words, and in the end not much action.
It can generate a lot of positive feelings though, and energy.
Just gotta be careful not to promise things you can't deliver.
