You don't have any reasons not to.

With tVenus in your 1st house, there can be an emphasis on your appearance and the way you come across.
Maybe you're concerned with being more attractive or more diplomatic than usual.
I think it's a pretty good transit!

I think it makes you more aware of and inclined to take care of your physical image. When Venus moved to conjunct my ASC in Leo this year I dyed my hair for the first time in years.

Starting to take notice of your physical appearance and doing something to improve it in your own eyes definitely sounds like a Venus/ASC transit to me! Give it a while for Mars to catch up, then you'll really feel the drive for those workouts

Venus is just wrapping up its conjunction transit with my Asc...and starting its conjunction with my sun.

I'm going through this transit now and I'm getting a lot of attention from men. One even confessed his feelings for me. I've been getting a lot of social invites from friends.
