MC = 29°31' Taurus
IC = 29°31' Scorpio

What would the implications of this be?

Also what about conjunctions in synastry? What orb would you use? What would the difference be if the conjunct planet is in the 3rd vs 4th house?

Example: their Mercury 28°44' Scorpio
