Topic: Venus-Pluto in a parent-child relationship : unbearable pain

I am the child and the Venus, and my mother is the Pluto.
I was thinking about how we always discuss this aspect in terms of romantic relationships, where sometimes it is well favoured as it adds to the passion, excitement and sexual tension.
But having experienced this aspect in a non sexual relationship and more specifically the one with my mother, I have to say that the pain Pluto brings to Venus is unbearable.
Pluto wants to control Venus, so Venus has strong feelings of love and hate at the same time, because unlike a sexual relationship there is the strong parent-child bond in between,Have you any experience with this? Discuss! IP: Logged |

Father has Pluto in Leo 18*47'.

Hugs from me to you both as well...
As I've been posting about my son's chart and freaking out a bit about it, I noticed this thread a while back. My Pluto is nowhere near a negative aspect to his Venus, but... His Capricorn Pluto is square my Aries Venus. I definitely don't want to hijack your thread, but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas how this might manifest in the reverse...?  IP: Logged |

There may be more than just the VE & P adding to the problem. Check the rest of the Synastry Aspecting.There may be an easier way to read and understand complicated Synastry pie chart aspects. Pie chart aspects can also be produced onto a basic Synastry Aspect Chart. Review the sample chart at your leisure. It may help you gain even more insight than you currently have.

No worries about hijacking my thread, we're here to discuss anything that is astrology related and worries us so you're welcome! Hmm I have no idea how could this manifest with your son being the Pluto and you the Venus, but I think you are already a very good mum as you seem so careful about trying to treat him the best way possible regarding his chart, so well done!
