is there any meaning if your vertex inconjunct your partner's or opposite it?

I wouldn't pay attention to the inconjunct for the Vertex aspects (quincunx or semi-sextile - doesn't matter, they're minor aspects).

But Vertex opposite Vertex sounds significant, although I think the influence will be very subtle, unlike with a planet.
