Not necessarily, but Venus/Pluto will just never be easy, there will always be tumult, a love/hate dynamic, etc.IP: Logged |

All kinds of transits..
Transits to natal placements - Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto crossing the DSC, or the DSC ruler, or Venus. Transits to the composite - same thing, a slow-moving planet making a hard aspect to the Sun or ASC / DSC or MC. Jupiter sometimes wants to break free, especially Jupiter / Uranus transits.
Back to Venus / Pluto..
It can work but usually there's something in the way - personal issues or external factors that prevent people from having a "normal" relationship. Hence all the drama and frustrated feelings. IP: Logged |

My Pluto is conjunct my friend`s Mercury, Venus, Mars and Pluto and squares her ASC.We`ve been friends for over 20 years.
We both have a natal Venus-Pluto-aspect, and I think that is why we are on the same page. There have been some people, trying to disrupt our friendship, come between us in the past (because they either favoured her or me, and couldn´t understand the nature of our friendship), and still people seem to be unable to grasp how we can STILL be friends, after such a long time. But we are, and it was clear from the beginning that we would be in each other`s lives for a LONG time to come. Well it was clearer for her, that I would always be part of her life, I was far more sceptical. But that is just it, we have really been through tough times together, or were supporting each other through tough times, and we feel very responsible for each other. I think the Venus/Pluto-helps doing that. IP: Logged |

I am beginning to think this aspect in synastry is one of love/hate. I CANNOT get this guy out of my head. After reading countless threads from other knowflakes who have this aspect as well,I am getting some insight. I have never experience anything so intense before. As for blockages that a lot of people are saying YES definitely! One he is married. One reason I will not be seeing him for a long time hoping the heat will die down. Not referring to your situation but usually from what I've seen:- You have to be able to handle the intensity so one of you doesn't get uncomfortable and end it - You have to overcome some external oddities like someone here said before so one of you doesn't end it - You have to resist the urge to control and manipulate on BOTH sides so one of you doesn't end it - Eventually I believe VP is about being together and being transformed in some way, but you have to be able to let go of some old ways. Hi Orange,Doux was right about me being the pluto person. He remembers my situation. Groan! There is definitely passion on either side. My cancer friend runs hot and cold and has even said that an affair is out of the question HOWEVER body language ie:flirting,hugs,hand holding is happening. I have also told him I just want to be friends but I'm not sure if this could happen. Stay tuned. LOL IP: Logged |
