Cool, that's what I was thinking.I have Venus in Aquarius and Moon in 11th and I was considering trying it but I'm still not sure yet. I wonder if the people who ended up marrying someone they met online would have Uranus in the 7th. IP: Logged |

I have Uranus in h7.I don't like the online meeting thing, it's harder than walking up to someone and saying Hi. I find it very difficult to actually meet someone. Plus how do you know the person really is who they say they are. It's just to many ifs for me. IP: Logged |

My chart ruler and the ruler of my 8th House is in Aquarius 11th House. My Descendant ruler is in the 3rd. So 3rd/11th for me = communication online. If we add the fact that my 11th House co-rulers sit conjunct in the 9th House, it makes sense that I meet foreigners online. I usually have to move countries to be with my partners. IP: Logged |

I have uranus in 7th and moon opposite uranus.I was in two-ish online relationships when I was younger and the longest lasted a little over 6 months. As of now though I don't think I'd ever do it again. I feel like it's easier and better to meet people in person when you're out and about or whatever than on a chat site. Plus you never know who's exactly behind the computer screen. In my last "relationship" turned out the guy wasn't really who he was, so yeah.. Online dating is a no go for me. IP: Logged |

I met my husband online.But, if you were to attribute us meeting to our natal charts alone that wouldn't work. It was more due to transits going on during that time period and how they effected our lives. The influence of Neptune and Uranus played a huge role in bringing us together. (Not just us though, as we had both played around with online relationships during that same period with others.) We were not looking for actual relationships at all though, truth be told. We just happen to both be (MMO) gamers. We are one of many such "success stories", that owe our union to a common online interest rather than actively seeking a online romance. Uranus is cnj my Venus in Sagittarius IV. 9 degrees of Aquarius falling into the 5th house (including Vertex). Venus ruling 9th house, (with exalt Moon, ruler of 11th). Aquarius is on his 5th house cusp, with Mars falling onto my Vertex (for comparison). Transit Neptune was in sextile with my own Venus-Uranus when our relationship began, that is also sextile to some 12 midpoints in my husband's own chart. Neptune is our Descendant ruler. Transit Uranus itself was cnj my DSC at that time, which would have put up more than a few squares to either of our planets from time to time... lol - (rocky-start? nah - just very chaotic and exciting!) - Piscean Uranus making lovely aspects with our early Scorpion placements and his North Node, and Aquarian Neptune played harp for my own North Node. - just came down to good timing. I had met several people during that same time period. And, several years before, (where transits were also at work, Uranus where Neptune now was and Neptune on the Vertex, just for reference). So, I can't say it's my chart that makes me open to online relationships so much as the role that Uranus and Neptune in transit and with my own chart have to contribute to what new ventures I jump into. Can't really say for certain it comes down to just Neptune and Uranus either, or if that is how they'll work for just anyone. But, so far... I know to keep my eye on those two when they are both in aspect to the same sets of points/bodies, because there is definitely a pattern for me. (Right now Uranus and Neptune are going retro of course, but as they were both approaching that familiar junction - both my husband and I have been getting involved in our usual hobby together once more. I look forward to what happens when they're both at that junction again in the future. They will be, next year though... May 2014, to be exact!) ^_- *chaos is fun* IP: Logged |

Aquarius rules the 9th house, Uranus in the 7th. Aqua saturn in the 8th. 11th house ruler in the 5th.It's not that I'm not fond of online relationships. I like making online friends, but in terms of romantic relationships, I prefer starting out as friends and getting to know the person first... in real life. I've had a mixed bag online. When I was 16 I met the guy I went on my first date with online. That was a bad experience, mainly because I was 16 and pushy. He was 21, wimpy, boring, a Libra... Once when I was 18 I met a boy who had a live stream going. He didn't know I was watching it when I told him I wasn't moving to California immediately (where he lived) and he started breaking down crying. When I was 20 (ironically) I was set up with a guy through a friend, and we started talking on MySpace. During our date he pulled out and unloaded, then reloaded his gun at the dinner table, checked out the same waited I was checking out, battled to be the funniest at the table (obnoxiously so), and used a breathalyzer to unlock his car door. Oh, and he had a cane, confessed his love to my best friend, who set us up a week later, and then promptly voluntarily checked himself into a mental institution. Very "Uranian" indeed... (he was a Taurus though??) I'm 24 now. I met two guys that stuck online, and one is a total immature douchebag (Sag with Cap moon), and the other is a very mature Leo who I'm moving slow with. The Leo is very nice, has a Taurus moon like me and Venus in Gemini. I have Gemini ASC, Mars in Gemini, Moon trine Uranus, Moon in the 11 (as well as Sun, Mercury, and Venus) and Uranus in the 7H. i know a gemini guy, he is in his 30-40s now, he still lurkes after his ”soulmate” online -_-!
Im a libra and a venus/uranus sq but i find it annoying; tried it once on fb with a ”friend” of a ”friend” of a ”friend” and..no! haha

I have Venus(in Gemini 10th/11th) Trine Uranus.My Mars conjuncts my Venus,in the same sign.My moon is in Aquarius.
I LOVE talking to people and especially to foreign ones.Foreign has the same meaning as Mysterious to me.I also get bored easily with whatever is too common or too conventional.
About online dating,well,I don't think it's super wrong to meet people on the internet,after all,I remember older people telling me that they didn't know who they were going to marry till the day of the actual marriage,so what's the difference?
I disagree with all the "weird" stuff people do instead of just talking,though.If we were respecting ourselves more then,yes,online dating would be a good thing but it's not about dating anymore.
I don't date online but I can talk with men for over a year and just get to know them.Maybe getting a real date with them is not a good idea.However,the real thing is always a lot better and has a meaning but that doesn't mean that some people can't fall in love.

I can't believe that experience, it's crazy. *shakes head* I'm sorry you met someone so. . . psychotic? I would have had no idea how to handle that.  I have met a lot of random people online but I never went through with meeting them in person. Maybe my screening process is top notch or something.
