In another thread, I remember reading that a Pullen chart would give you a rough idea of which were your dominant signs and planets.I got around making one and seeing that my Asc is in Pisces and there are quite a few Neptune aspects including a Sun conj with it, I kind of expected Neptune to be fighting for the top spot with Jupiter, at the very least. To my surprise, Neptune seems to be in 4th place, with Mars, Pluto and Jupiter above it. As for the signs, Sagittarius dominates(unsurprising) but seeing Scorpio in a close 2nd place is something that I didn't expect, either. Is that right or am I reading it wrong?. I remember reading about that too. Which brought me to another question. How accurate is this method? Or what does this pull from? I looked up my elements one place and get one thing and the pullen method gives another. For example: Elements: http://i.imgur.com/FCm8zk8.jpg and pullen:
Element Power Percent
Fire: 196.3 / 24.0%
Earth: 214.7 / 26.3%
Air: 214.7 / 26.3%
Water: 191.6 / 23.4%
Sorry OP, I was just curious since you brought up that method and have wondered about this method of charts for a little bit.
From what I can see on yours, Jupiter is top spot and Sagittarius being top sign placement. Neptune looks second to me @ 11.4
followed by mars 11.2 and then pluto 9.9. I could be off on reading it tho.

Pullen and Colour use different calculations, which can be flawed! Don't be afraid to try looking at a chart on your own as well and try to intuit the strongest planet!  IP: Logged |

Thanks for clearing that up. I did the Color Horoscope and as said, it is completely different. My top 3 in that one are Saturn, Jupiter and Uranus, with Neptune scoring less than Vesta, even. IP: Logged |

I find it smart to look into them all and see what fits. usually they all say something about your individual persona. I like both pullen and colour, they show you energies that are strong.IP: Logged |

When I first used Pullen the results didn't match the personality but after seeing this thread, I decided to give it another try. I applied the sidereal zodiac/whole house and now the ranking seems somewhat believable.Jupiter
