Does having this placement possibly indicate you see other people's insecurities easily, or that others bring YOUR insecurities out easily (without realizing it?), or that you attract insecure people at times?

I have saturn in the 7th too.

It doesn't work out that way for me though. My relationships all had a feeling of 'seriousness' But yeah am the one who is 'more responsible' more mature, more dominant I would say like the reins of the relationship are in my hands so to speak.

Because I have Mercury/ Gemini as my ASC, so I think it makes me less prone to controlling things since the energy is scatter. Capricorn is cardinal and your ASC, and in the house of your DSC so I think either way you would have control of the relationship that way - no? It's a cardinal earth sign and earth plans and follows through whereas Mercury doesn't so much... or maybe the sign Gemini (depends.)

I have this too, but ya, don't think it deals with insecurities as much as say a Pluto would.

For the most part I think it's about learning to be responsible in your partnerships and relationships in general.
