Hello all
Sorry this is my first post on such a dilemma, this is the reason for joining. I showed an 'astrologer' the folowing charts. She told me some things that frightened me very much and warned me to stay away.
The story is Ive known this guy as a friend for 3 years, I am atracted to him, but the astrologer warned me it would be 'dangerous' to take it further into a r'ship. She went into detail of a list of bad things but there is no way I could write it here.
Please someone tell me what she said isn't true!!!
I am now doubting our friendship. (I am the Aquarian, he, the scorpio)
Our Synastry here:

our composite here:

Please someone of any 'proper' knowledge please help me!!

There are quite a few complicated aspects and not as much easy ones. The attraction is definitely due to Pluto touching venus, mars, sun and moon.

Without trying to scare you more, I will say that the relationship would be easier if both partners were already past their 30's with some life experience and lessons behind them. If you're in your early 20's, and the compulsion is strong, it may be a karmic relationship.

Not every relationship is all hugs and roses and sometimes the most rewarding are the ones with drama and struggle, even if they don't last.

Not sure if that helped or not.

It has, very much!
He is 56, I am 43. He has been through 2 divorces, I, have yet to marry

What is the worst aspect? Is it dangerous?

I think that neither person can clearly see the other. These seems like lots and lots of illusions on both sides. Does that fit?

If you know how to add the asteroids Nessus, Dejanira and the fixed star Algol, I could give you a better idea

I think I show my 'best' side but all women do with their make up etc.. that would only be the illusion my side

The astrologer did say 'hes not all he seems' Hmm maybe he has a dark side?? Hmmm

Im not sure how to gain other aspects that you mentioned.. sorry

Oh, nothing spectacular. Just the adage that you need to know yourself before you can truly know another and whether they're right for you.

So life experience helps with that, but the Moon-Neptune contacts definitely add to the possible 'not really seeing each other' as Ami says.

Here are some points that might console you:

1. Never take astrology as something written in stone. Don’t obsess over synastry. These things are just guides that help us. What will happen depends solely on your decisions and actions and nothing and no one can change or influence that.

2. Everything depends on the people involved. All relationships have a good and bad side. The way these aspects play out is entirely up to how you two handle them. You mentioned you were 43 and he was 56. This means that you are both adults with good heads on your shoulders. If you are both mature, patient and intelligent individuals it will be much easier to deal and resolve these issues. Two irrational and hormone-ridden teenagers with the same synastry would be a completely different story from two grownups.

3. At first glance this interplay of aspects makes me think of a lot of illusions, obsession and manipulation. You two need to be very honest, open and patient with each other. Communication is king and this applies to all relationships.

4. Everything is as complicated and dramatic as you make it – in life in general. You could give it a shot – if you have the emotional stamina to make it work that would be great. If not – let it go. It’s as simple as that. It has as much meaning as you put in it. You could let fear and negative emotions rule you or you can take it in stride.

5. What you do and what happens to you is almost ALWAYS up to your free will and your decisions. Nothing can take the responsibility away from you – not astrology and not anything else. It’s a harsh truth but is still alas truth.

Objectivity, rationality and calmness are always needed no matter what you do. Think about it. Carefully consider the outcomes and make the decision that is best for you. Always remember the last part – think of yourself first. Always ask yourself “How do I feel about this?”, “How will this affect me?”. A little ego-centricism is always needed. You don’t owe anyone anything.

Thank you ALL I can now breathe a regular breath!
XXXXX
OK .. Meyray THANK YOU for writing so much to me. ALL points through 1 - 5 apply
I admit I am a little OCD about this guy, so much so thats what inspired me to see an astrologer, because I wanted to see if it was a 'safe bet' thinking of his marriage failings (even though both WERE NOT his fault) and I have proof
Maybe I shouldn't have used predictions and trusted my 'feelers'
We communicate VERY well, on a platonic plane, and attraction is too much to handle.

I will be very careful. I dont think he is too eager, taking into consideration his love history

Maybe one romantic date, maybe that won't harm.
I admit I have never been so sexually attracted to someone in my LIFE! Since day one, and ive kept it to myself for 3 years! I would really miss him if I never saw him again

P.s. I was told of past violent aspects and huge rows that could be 'physical'

I thought astrologists were NEVER supposed to scare a client that way!!
