Well, because I find them pretty intriguing like the first minute, but after I talk to them...I am so turned off. And the thing is that there's been only one amazing leo I was friends with for years (but she had cancer moon, so I guess that balanced her out), but people like my dad (leo moon) just stir the blood in me haha. I'm probably way too honest and not a people-pleaser so 90% of them will probs hate me straight away (and yeah, they usually do)

I am a Cancer sun, Taurus moon and I seem to only attract Capricorns. Once in a while I come across a different sign but the majority of the people in my life are Capricorns. I also noticed that when I do attract a different sun sign other than Capricorn usually that persons ascendant or moon is a Capricorn. IP: Logged |

Sorry, I didn't catch this! What I've done is looked at what a person generally wants, using Lotis White and Ceridwen's excellent instruction on relationship astrology. In short, look at EVERYTHING. For example, if you don't have any Leo on the surface, look at the duads and you may find that a person with their 5th/7th/8th House ruler or another personal planet in Leo, was attracted to you because one of your personal planets or angles rests in the duad of Leo, conjunct their Venus. It adds another layer to explain some of those relationships that make you think "Why were we together at all?"  IP: Logged |

Ahh. So they turn out to me not what you thought they'd be. Haha, no, they generally don't like being challenged in public, which gives that defensive response you dislike so much. If it makes you feel any better, they're mostly just trying to save face. The ones who are aware of this trait will think about what is said. When I was younger, I definitely could throw a fit over stuff like that, making me look like a sore loser and arrogant. Since you're talking about the way they talk... were some of them Leo Mercuries? Or do you know if they had a harsh Sun-Mercury aspect? Ahhh sorry you didn't have any good experiences growing up. Someone in the family showing the negatives of a sign really do affect things for later. ^ Cancer moons are great. So sensitive, but also sweet and caring. IP: Logged |

It's okay, it happens to everyone. Glad you got back to this! Oh yes, their posts on attraction pattern. Of course, thanks for pointing that out. Rulers of the 5th/7th/8th duads showing more what you look for in romance. One of these is my Venus sign, so that'd be important for how I match with a man, right? If I get this correctly...
It's in Cancer, so that'd suggest I'd match with men who have their moon or Venus in that sign, in the Cancer duad too, or their Venus and moon in aspect? You know, yes, it works! Thanks again, I'm going to keep studying. Have you seen any connections in your own chart? IP: Logged |

I've noticed I connect really well with Gemini moons (i'm Gem Venus 5th house).I have attracted a number of Gem Sun men, but do not generally like them much at all. I really disliked a couple of them actually. ....same with females now that I think about it. Maybe the ones that square my Moon? That might explain it. IP: Logged |

Gemini moonI attract mostly cancers, some libra, a few others. One leo moon that I know of with cancer sun. The only cancer in my chart is the Mc.
