I don't think it'll give more positive results, actually it may be even more difficult to deal with because both planets are very strong *and* angular - there's even more tension and the inner conflicts become very "in your face" - you can't ignore them, because they create a lot of tense energy and are quite apparent.

I know someone who has natal moon in Cancer opposite exalted Mars in Capricorn, it's a similar idea. It just makes her more driven and intense with bouts of insecurity. She is the most driven person I have ever met. The results can be very beneficial in one area of life/where you apply the drive part of it. Mars is very strong and driven in it's own sign or exalted.
