Probably I was a soldier in WW2 who worked under him? lol. From what I've read, he was a young and charismatic leader. I love the pictures of him and his wife and family. They looked really happy.

He's was quite handsome too I saw his pics.

Makes me wonder if Jack Kerouac was still alive, what kind of relationship do you think we would have ?
Our synastry indicates a lot of personality traits projection to me specially with the ASC/DESC axis.

^IKR?

You'd probably clash on some areas, sun square sun but I think generally, you would get along. If there's no projecting, I'd bet you will find a lot of similarities in each other.

Too bad he was too miserable with his life that he killed himself with his excessive use of booze.
It was so sad that such a talent writer met such a tragic end.
He confessed to being lonely and misunderstood by society and people around him. Typical Piscean tragedy...
One thing I most thankful for in this lifetime is that water is pretty weak in my birth chart.

Lol, I am water dominant, plus I have a Pisces moon.

Yeah, Jack Kerouac's life is tragic. But, it's a good thing he left his legacy through his works. A good writer always does.

(In the future, I'd bet you'd become one, too! A good writer, I mean.)

It's no surprise there are two major contacts between the nodal axis in our synastry because I have always been a total romantic in temperament, love to climb mountains, explore places I have never been. I like cities and wilderness equally. I quest the zen state (Kerouac has a Libra north node.) I can relate to nearly everything about him. I can really access his inner peace/wandering state.

And it's so this land is your land. He, likely, sang that song while he was wondering around absorbing the breathtaking beauty of his surroundings. It was him against the world. Truly. And yet, he found inner peace in his zen state he revered so.

He was also influenced by James Joyce and his novel Ulysses. I have extensive knowledge of this particular text since, while attending university, I took a comparative literature class. We compared Ulysses to The Odyssey of Homer. The lady who taught the class even wrote her dissertation on it.
