Same positions for me. But I don't think that this would be enough info. You might need to check your 6th house too, since it represents the job and daily routine. And then of course, the aspects the rulers of these houses gets to form.
But with Gemini MC, I'd say that you are a kind of "jack of all trades and master of none"? Well I'm kind of like that. 
But I'll use my own aspects as example:
Virgo AC, Gemini MC, Mercury ruler of these houses in the 8th house Aries, conjunct Venus and Moon and tightly trine Uranus. 6th house ruler is Aquarius, and Uranus is in the 4th house.
I work as a programmer, I'm the kind that is creative and can be good and adaptable in different things. Gemini as a ruler of MC and Aquarius as a ruler of 6th house spells creativity and technology. The rulers are harmoniously trinning each other, meaning that my job is suited for my career.
Thought they are aspecting Venus and Moon. And they are in the 8th house. Well I can have an emotional attachment to my job, and I'm an idealist as well, meaning that I can't be happy unless my own values aligns with the value of my team/project and company (8th house can also be related to other people's values).
Thought I still haven't completely figured out 8th house and my career. Sometimes I do dream about being an artist, and/or exploring the inspirational or darker sides of human psyche... Working as an animation or gaming artist appeals me, thought I never went that route even if I'm good at drawing, as there's little opportunity where I live and I want a stable life (and then I also want to draw freely and not restricted to whatever a job can impose me to do).
Lastly, Uranus, ruler of 6th house is in the 4th house... Sigh, I wish that I could work from home! I'm tired of open office environment, I'm quite an introvert that while I like people, I don't like to be interrupted frequently, and I hate all the noise!!
chargeomentum, I probably am not good at guessing what suits you, but having Gemini MC, careers that are linked to creativity, innovation, dealing with information and communication might suit you. Do you feel that you need your career to be interesting or else you have a hard time not thinking about changing jobs? In my case, when creativity is dead, I can't not think of change.
