How would you interpret this.
Saturn 19⁰ Sagittarius and Moon 20⁰ Sagittarius (in natal 4th house)conjunct North node 19⁰ Sagittarius (in person B's 2nd house) in synastry.
Also Chiron at 19⁰ Gemini (natal 10th house) conjunct South node at 19⁰ Gemini (in person B's natal 8th house). All square node persons moon at 20⁰ Pisces (person B's 5th house).

It's too complicated for me. The nodal contacts are good to have in synastry but squares to the moon are bad, but maybe it would be a good thing since moon is square nodes in natal chart.

The Saturn & Moon individual may play an important role in the NN person's development - especially when it comes to their self-esteem, values, or possessions.

They could encourage them in a practical way - motivating them, reassuring them, or giving them money or gifts, or just generally being supportive.

The fact that the NN person's Moon squares the Saturn and Moon of the first person may mean that they don't feel comfortable with receiving the 'lessons' the Saturn person wants to teach them, maybe their ways of expressing their needs are too different which can lead to frustration; but it's also a dynamic aspect so there's probably gonna be an urge to work things out.

Chiron in the mix only emphasises the pain / healing theme - so while this contact may bring emotional issues to the surface, it can also give an opportunity for healing and validation of past hurts.

Generally speaking, NN contacts in synastry are quite magnetic and can bind people together for some time.
