Can you tell from the natal chart if a person is mature or immature. Maybe dominant Saturn or aspects to Saturn, planets in the 10th house?

Good question.

Personally, I don't think maturity can be seen in a chart, but that's just my opinion.

Saturn does tend to make one more mature than their age but it sometimes points to erroneous beliefs based on one's negative experiences.

What about a square or opposition between saturn and uranus. Would that make s person immature.

It's possible, but it depends on how the person chooses to use the energy. When two planets are in aspect, unless there are other reasons to contradict such as being in dignity or exaltation versus dibility or fall, then the slower moving planet would have more strength. But that doesn't mean that just because Uranus is slower that the person would automatically be "immature". They could choose to use that Uranian energy to produce original works of art, be technologically brilliant, have an amazing ability to pull people into humanitarian efforts, etc.

The natal chart shows a person's potential, but only knowing about the person's life can tell you how they're working with it.

Yes, Saturn sq. Sun here as well.

Venus trine Saturn here as well. Very responsible in my relationship dealings and I never make promises I won't follow through on.

My word is my bond.

That's a bit subjective, some people are only emotionally mature about certain things such as handle more responsibilities as a child or being a parental figure for a younger sibling vs. emotionally mature within interpersonal relationships (partners, spouses, friends)

Moon aspecting Saturn is emotional maturity. The hard aspescts make the person mature faster than they should.

Immature aspects are with Moon aspecting Uranus. You never know what you will get with this bunch.

I can relate. I've got a fixed, cardinal T-square that includes both luminaries.

I think Moon aspecting Uranus is... difficult. I have trine and I wouldn't say it makes one emotionally immature. I believe it allows one to be more true to oneself without having to be attached to parental/societal/cultural expectations. So if others expect that, then yes - you never know what you will get. This doesn't give one the right to be egotistically selfish though, hopefully selfishly enlightened.

Well, I am very close to my family and I feel responsible for them. But at the same time I want to run away and make my own little world. I want to expand, grow, know myself. It feels like a double personality.

Sun conjunct Saturn, and Capricorn rising - Saturn is my chart ruler. I don't really know about emotional maturity; I feel like I was born old. But I'm getting younger, slowly, thanks to some very special people here.

I read Saturn trine or sextile MC makes a person mature through their career as they experience life.

Yes (Leo Moon) and no (10th house) Your Leo Moon still knows where your inner child is, but that doesn't make you immature. I'm a Gemini Sun to boot, and the 8th house modifies that.... plus a Saturn that touches half my planets.
