Haha. I am not a sun Libra but whenever people are too difficult, I tend to just keep a low profile around them and gravitate toward the ones I get along with. Don't know if you can do this with a superior. Leos can be very authoritarian.

If worse comes to worse, find someone you can trust and confide in and complain about him after work. That's what others do when they don't like their bosses or coworkers. It helps to vent and let off steam if you can trust the person you are talking to not to stir up trouble, that is.

Discussing with leo's is like peeing against the wind! They get mad easily, and then they shout and yell! I actually just avoid a lot of them. They don't seem to very emotional, so if I want to build close relationships with them I just invite them to join something sporty like playing football. Tell them jokes and funny things. That's what I like to do.

my Leo and while I can turn the heat up that's not who I am and I would rather not.
Maybe they are extremely stressed or issues in personal life?
I never drag it to work myself though. I'm careful to keep them separated but maybe they don't.

a lot of leo's that I know usually lead and reason based on their feelings. they dont know how to reason with their mind and separate their reason from their emotions. (not all just the ones that i know).
so as a libra you have to remember that you use your mind to weigh the situation and you also use your mind to think about your feelings. the way i handle my room mate is to lay out the FACTS of what is happening. use your natural skills of communication and distance from those facts to help illustrate what is going on. and then its that leo's choice to back down or not. remember, they have a respect for what is right as well. more than likely, they will realize when they have been 'wrong'. at least this is my experience.

As a Leo Sun/Mars, I make my opinion about people right away, but once I get to know them, I change my mind. So your Leo person may made their opinion without knowing you first.

Just be usual Libra. Leos love people your sign. You don't need to flatter, just be nice and friendly.

Usually, when I meet someone and I happen to dislike them right away (dunno why, maybe I don't like the way the looked at me), but then I get to know them better, we become the best buddies I just feel stupid when I'm angry with someone who's nice, and Libras are always nice

Leos are warm and fair people, generally!

Just don't flatter! I freaking hate when people flatter me!!!!! I hate falseness. Just compliment, if it's fair, but don't be fake!

But this Leo I speak of isn't the warm friendly robust Leo. U ever been to the zoo? In the lions den, there are the big sized cats full of energy and vitality. At the side you see a shagged skinny Lion that almost looks bitter like he's got the daylights punched out of him.

Dealing with a pint sized bitter Leo is different. Their hearts are bitter. Everything that exits their mouth are sarcasm and venom.

Hmmm that's tricky. Really good advice from everyone here! I agree with it all.
This may help or not and not even talking astrology. There's some at my work like that but they're not my boss. As long as they spread the bs evenly and not just me I'm fine. But being leo myself if it's only at me I will say something.
Anyway, like this woman at work. She is perpetually in a bad mood, shakes her head, etc. I don't know what sign she is and I don't really care. I just talk to her like I would anyone else. If she gets sh*tty with me I just stay completely calm and respond as if I don't notice. It works ok but not perfect. I look at it as she woke up on the wrong side of life or has a stick stuck up her butt Whatever it is, even if it is directed at me I know she treats others the same. I just say screw it, whatever. I carry on like she is just like anyone else.

I did have a boss sort of like that. Not as bad but similar strategy on my part.

Being Venus Ascending myself, I think my mask sort of "filters" whom I interacts with.

The Lions I've interacted with-either have their Moon in Libra or their Mars there. So, it doesn't really help much as I got on with these folks quite well..

However, i have noticed that the worst thing you can do is ignore them.

Everyone hates to be ignored ofcourse, but for the Lion, especially when he believes that he is making a grand statement, this can be particularly cutting.

I try not to do this to these Leo's ofcourse. Even my Sag Sun behaves itself around them because they can be sensitive folks to jokes or anything that they deem offends them.

If your Leo acts up, avoid him and keep on being your usual nice self to everyone else. They'll get the message and sway your direction.

No Lion(even with the Moon in Cap/Scorpio) doesn't mind not being liked/have their presence appreciated.

Very very good tip Asc Taurus. I feel it could be that I maybe ignored him sometimes that offended the Leonine prerogative of attentional rights.

I feel this Leo is angry and bitter and trying to take it out on anyone he can. Feel sorry for that pathetic bugger. Tough life.

No doubt it affected me though. Didnt think he was one of those wretched sarcastic Leos. But they are afterall a lion. Can never win a blade when it decides to slice through .
