I'm a Libra Mercury and my sister's a Taurus one! Often times if she doesn't want to respond, she'll just ignore you which makes me so mad! I'm like...I asked you a question, damn it! Answer meeeeeee.  Overall though we're both airheads and laugh a lot. We did grow up together though, so take that as you will. Otherwise, I don't know many Taurus Mercuries off the top of my head...IP: Logged |

Both ruled by Venus, both tend to like harmony and pleasant conversaton. I'm a Taurus Mercury and believe one of my ex's when I was way younger, a Libra, also had a Libra Venus. We had some laughs for sure.IP: Logged |

Thanks! So funny about your sister, my sister and I have the same combo (why I was asking) and we are exactly like that. Very harmonious indeed! Especially compared to my other sister where there is a lot of disconnect- all grew up together, all three only a year apart, but my libra and her taurus just click. IP: Logged |

I'm dating someone with a Taurus Mercury and ,I guess, being the ruler of his Ascendant(Gemini), I kinda like the way he thinks and reasons.But then again, I have my Mercury in Capricorn and so, that could explain why it is so. Only problem is, sometimes he can just be stubborn. He won't argue his point and may seem to go along with you, but trust me, he aint moving! The Libra Mars I knew loved to look at things from ALL angles. Once I said that he is being immature by expecting me to call him all the time and intiate contact...GOD! The defense he had was the stuff of 'Law and Order'. This really is a "Lawyer" placement. I just gave in-simply because of exhaustion and "lack of substantive evidence"-as he said. IP: Logged |

My Taurus sun friend and I have this. Taurus and Libra share a quincunx relationship. They, also, share the same ruler, Venus.Her Mercury is at 20 degrees Taurus, mine is 6 degrees Libra. Her Taurus Mercury is more practical than Mercury in Libra. She's steadier, too and knows her own likes and dislikes (even though this can be getting into moon territory, not Mercury - she has a Leo moon.) I have always had a problem figuring out if I like certain things, while other things I know right away. I'll add a bit more info: This same friend has a sun Libra sister and they clash some, too, but it's not completely hopeless and that's how I would describe this relationship between planets in Taurus and Libra; fun and clashing times, not completely hopeless. She also has a sun Libra brother and tends to not get along with his female partners but she likes his male friends, for the most part. She always has a bad relationship with her mother-in-law, she's had two, and she didn't get along with her paternal grandmother very well. Psychologically, she is very set in her ways, so if she has one bad experience with someone of a certain type, she expects others of the same to be similar. One bad experience leaves a lasting impression on her mind.
Her moon is conjunct my Venus by about three degrees orb. It is well aspected to Jupiter it also squares her Sun and Saturn which are conjunct each other in the natal and conjunct my Saturn.
She has Venus in Aries conjunct my DC and in house seven, synastry-wise. IP: Logged | |
