Topic: Moon Duads--How Do You Feel Them?

To people who do not know how to find the duad:1.You take your Moon sign and degree. 2. I am a Cancer Moon at 8. 70 or something like that. 3. I start at Leo and count it as the first 2.5. Then, I go to Virgo and it is the next 2.5. That is 5, obviously. 4. Then, I go to Libra with the next 2.5. that is 7.5. 5. Then, I go to Scorpio with the next 2.5. That makes Scorpio the duad for 7.5-9 So I am a Cancer Moon/SCorpio duad ------------------

This is how *I* feel the Scorpio Moon duad. I am a rather light person in terms of revenge etc. I am a Gem Sun, Venus and Merc with a Libra ASC and Cancer Moon. I am a sweet person at heart and tender. However, I do have a side to me if pushed enough(and enough is a high bar) that I will sting and most people whom I sting regret messing with me. I never knew what this side of me was until I found the Scorpio Moon duad. I feel it as like a secondary level of me. It is really not the "real me" in that it is not my default state but it is there, at the same time. I wanted to see how you all felt your Moon duads. ------------------

ami, which duad should i consider if one of my planets is at 15 degrees and sits right between capricorn and aqua? cappy duad is from 12½ to 15 degrees and the aqua from 15 to 17½ degrees?IP: Logged |

Is this how duad are calculated? I thought the first 2.5 degrees where the same sign we're considering. For example if a planet is at 8° cancer then she's in the libra duad because: 0-2.5 is cancer, 2.5-5 is leo, 5-7.5 is virgo and 7.5-10 is libra. IP: Logged |

Wow, I am a Sagittarius Duad, totally makes sense. I get along with my Duad than my actual moon which is in libra, 4 degrees.My Aries sun doesn't like the fact that I am so indecisive. It does help with social grace and sensitivity, and my sagi duat loves it because it likes to laugh and be light and positive if it can. Ami we have a lot of the same planets, I am Scorpio asc and Gemini Mars. And err pisces Venus and mercury. No real fixed planets. Oh and I adore cancer  IP: Logged |

I was not sure about this. I think the decans start with the same side and the duads go to the next sign. Someone please check xx ------------------

maybe you have the very exact position of this planet ? if it is even lightly over 15 degrees it is aqua duad and if it is 14°something then the cap duad. IP: Logged |

2.3-4.6 are virgo
5.1-7.2 are libra
9.5-11.2 are scorpio

The point is I am not sure if you COUNT Leo for the first 2.5 degrees. That is the question here. ------------------

to answer your question Ami Anne I am a cap moon in the scorpio duad. I don't plot revenge or try to sting people when they've hurt me. But I get ofended very easily. I don't trust anyone and can be really secretive about what I do and such even to the point of lying. When people cross a line, I cut them out completely and there's no going back. But to be honest I don't know whether this applies to scorpio or capricorn...IP: Logged |

I believ you're a cap duad. I think 60 minutes is one degree so the calculations go something like this:
2 and a half degrees is 2° 30 minutes so:
0-2°30 min : leo
2°30-5°: virgo
5°-7°30:libra
7°30-10: scorpio
10°-12°30:sag
and since it's at 12°45 minutes it makes it a cap duad.

My Moon is in a Virgo duad. It's hard to tell how it influences me since I also have a Virgo ASC but I guess it contributes to my internalization and being difficult to get close to.------------------

My Moon is in Aquarius, in Leo Duad (25 Leo).It`s there, definitely. But people might not always see it, though inside I know that I SHOULD be treated like royalty. IP: Logged |

Capricorn moon in the Cancer duad. Fits me 100% - I've always been shy, sensitive and very motherly deep down. I tend to take things to heart for way longer than I should, I just can't let things roll off my back like an air moon would. And I want nothing more than to get married to the man I love, start a family and live together in a nice house with a dog. I want the slice of life! How it works with the Capricorn, uhhh, I think it just makes me more sad whenever something I worked so hard for doesn't work out. There's so much I still want to achieve and getting too many knocks throws me out of it for a few weeks. I need a lot of time before I feel confident to try again. IP: Logged |
