I know there are multiple interpretations to aspects, but given my house positions, Saturn H12 and Moon H2, how would you interpret Moon square Saturn?

Does the added Chiron (H6) opposed Saturn/square Moon change the aspect's interpretation?

Edit: Saturn is in Aquarius, Moon is in Taurus, Chiron is in Leo.

I would interpret it as an emotional disaster I have a Chiron opposition to my square too :/
