Could anyone shed any light on what this may mean? Stifled energy/sex/drive? Serious fighting?

Could mean all of the above, but doesn't have to be so drastic.

Some long-term couples have that one in their composite charts, so while it brings some difficulties, it also gives some staying power / longevity.

It may feel oppressive after some time though.
