I was wondering if anyone used this method, lowering the aspect orbs to about 10% to see which aspects are closest (therefore strongest?) in a chart at a glance. I tried this on my friend's chart which is based a lot around house 3 and his strongest aspect is a sextile with Mercury and his Asc, I feel like it immediately shows that mercurial property at a glance. Might be good to use when first analyzing a chart to get a feel for it.

My tightest orbs are Jupiter/Uranus sextile, Venus/Saturn trine, and AC/Pluto square! Oh and Sun/MC opposite...or is it Sun/IC conjunct? Also Chiron sextile Jupiter and Chiron trine Uranus!

Wowie I have a lot it seems. The trine between Chiron and Uranus is the tightest aspect in my chart at a mere 8 minutes.

How interesting...

I have used greatly reduced orbs similarly. I've also tried turning off the Uranus-Pluto and using just the traditional rulers; that has also been rather enlightening. Either are good methods for prioritizing aspects. The 1st puts more emphasis on tightest orbs. The 2nd puts more emphasis on personal planets.

I like the idea of using traditional rulers, I'll have to try that one.
