In my next solar return chart, i am having Sun conjunct Solar return ascendant, less than 1 degree. I read some things on the internet which aren't very positive. I know that the whole chart must be taken into account, but i was wondering if you had a similar solar return aspect and if anything happened to you that year. Or did you have another planet conjunct your solar ascendant and what happened?

Negative?
I think it's quite a positive aspect to have in a SR chart.
It may make you a bit self-centered this year, you may be focused on you and your own growth but it may be a good thing!
