Yeah, we just do it on purpose, that's even worse, isn't it?

its_aqua,That definitely explains it. Pluto can point to obsession / compulsion and in the 6th, health is the area affected (among others). next to neptune,
Yesss. That's the 12th house influence - self-undoing. I tend to do that a lot, I have SN in the 12th (conjunct ASC). IP: Logged |

Hm I'm like this every time I'm sick. It isn't until someone else forces me to get better that I actually start caring. I only have Jupiter in the 6th house and Mars+Moon in the 12th house. IP: Logged |

^ Welcome WateryAir! Your placements definitely make sense - 6th house Jupiter can be quite careless / optimistic about health and the 12th house placements are inclined to just let it be without doing much to get better. IP: Logged |

I never did drugs though, thank god! I am a virgo after all, so there is some realistic sense in there...a 6th virgo sense:P IP: Logged |

Thank you! Yeah, I am careless in regards to health and my mars in Taurus and moon in Pisces don't help at all. I'm passive and stubborn at the same time. IP: Logged |

Chart ruler in 6th house in Pisces. Uh, yep! But on the flip side, I usually do a great job of researching, diagnosing and treating myself. On the few occasions that I HAVE gone to see a doctor, it basically just confirmed what I already figured, so what's the point? IP: Logged |

LLLLLLLLLLoL! If I had something terminal, I'd just go do volunteer work in a high danger zone. Might as well go out with a bang as with a fizzle! IP: Logged |

*Exactly* I go to the doctor IF I need a prescription. Otherwise, it's about as enjoyable as cooking, filling out paperwork for loans, or talking to someone at the other end of a customer service line. In other words, I do it if I absolutely *have* to. I'll note here that I only have Mars in my 6th house, but Pisces sun Virgo moon, yada yada yada. I treat my body reasonably nowadays, but I should probably see a doctor more often than I do... I'll probably die from sheer boredom while I'm there, after picking up some inane magazine and falling into a coma. IP: Logged |

Pisces on the cusp of sixth does not like to visit the doctor. It's because waits are too long and it's boring. I have Pisces on the cusp of sixth, north node inside and I always bring my cell phone or ipod with me. Helps with the wait. I always crave hearing good news, never want to hear anything bad. Virgo 12th with 3 planets. Ha! I'm one of those! I'm pretty sure I broke my foot in Taekwondo 2 years ago the day before a test. I never went to the doctor and tested anyway. The spot that I think I broke still bothers me every once in a while for a brief moment. Just for a second here or there. Like it 'pops' but it's in the middle of my foot! Sometimes it's more consistent, like tonight. It's just like... a 1 or 2 out of 10 for pain so no big deal. 9 years ago I had this ear infection. I just couldn't hear well. It didn't hurt. Turns out, it traveled up my tear duct, into my eye, giving me "pink eye". To this day I have to close that eye if I blow my nose because air shoots out of that tear duct and it's really bothersome. LOL!! IP: Logged |

This also! Another reason I don't go.

Given that I have free healthcare because Canada...it seems so alien to me to not go to the doctor for things like a sprained arm or broken foot. IP: Logged |

I don't know if that was intended as funny but I laughed. I sensed sarcasm, intended or not. The internet is weird like that. Last February I had a tooth abscess. THAT... took me down. My appointment couldn't come fast enough! The foot was just like... probably a mild fracture or hairline crack type of deal. IP: Logged |

This applies to me, I will put off health problems even though they continue to really conflict with my life. I think it is out of fear sometimes, facing doctors and having to explain symptoms and then be met with skepticism or a doctor who doesn't have any suggestions.I have Sagittarius in 6th house with Saturn, Mars and Uranus in 6. All three planets are squared by my Sun. Saturn is also squared by Jupiter. I am also a Pisces Sun. IP: Logged |

Nah, it's the truth. At some point you must go if you need an Rx for something. How else will you get treated? You cannot go to the store if you need an Rx and get over the counter medicine.

Yes, I am usually able to tell more than my doctor what is going on with me. If I never researched anything, I wouldn't be properly treated. I honestly think most doctors do not have the time to be thorough with patients since they see so many people. IP: Logged |
