Turns out my Atmakaraka is Moon, which falls into Leo in 10th house in the Navamsa chart, and the 9th house ruler is actually ALSO the Moon.

Since Moon is in a friendly sign, I guess that means I have some inner strength to face any kind of hardships (though of course it would be stronger if it were in domicile or exalted, but on the other hand it could be worse).

The soul of the D9 chart seems to be Venus (I think because she is a Karaka for love and relationships and the D9 chart is a marriage chart).

So Venus is in Cancer in 9th house.
Unfortunately here Venus is in an enemy sign.

(it does receive a trine from the Pisces Jupiter in domicile in 5th house though)

The planet with the second highest degree in birth chart is Saturn.
(so Saturn is the minister to Moon in my chart I guess)

So the lesson of my Moon apparently will be learned through Saturn *sighs*

In the D9 chart Saturn is in Taurus (a friendly sign) and right on the cusp of the 7th house.

So following this line of thinking:

my soul`s destination would be Moon in Leo in 10th house (all in D9 chart of course).

the way to get there would be Saturn in Taurus on the cusp of 7th house.

(Well Saturn has Dig Bala in 7th house, though I am not exactly sure what that really means).

I guess with Moon and Saturn in friendly signs, I am up for that kind of average life. lol
Could be worse though.

I actually have an exalted Sun in D9, and Jupiter is in domicile.

Sun rules 10th house, Jupiter rules 2nd and 5th house, so I guess whatever these houses signify in Vedic, they might give better results than anticipated from the birth chart alone (there Jupiter is in Aquarius and Sun in Sagittarius, so not strong at all).
