I only know one person who was a Leo Sun and a Scorpio Moon (don't know his ASC).
He's very charming, a bit effeminate. Good-looking, witty, and well-liked by pretty much everyone.
I don't know him well enough to know how he is in romantic relationships but I think he's quite loyal and his feelings are stable and last a long time (he used to be in love with one of his girl friends for a loooong time!).
A good guy.
