Sun conjunct Neptune and Uranus.
Please someone help me figure out how to be in touch with reality. Someone please help me learn how to receive guidance. My Neptune needs guidance and Uranus refuses to accept it. I'm lost and going in circles.

My friend has this. He struggles too. His is in Sagittarius. Not sure if there's a cure. Just keep on keeping on.

Escapism isn't that bad, as long as it doesn't involve substance abuse. Currently it helps me stay sane ^^

Do something creative!
There's much potential with such an aspect.

You should create, imagine things and put them into physical form.

It could be anything, poems, lyrics, music, drawings, sculptures, short stories.. anything.

What's so hard about sun/neptune something about ego being lost?
Anyways I like when people have their luminaries in conjunction with neptune. They're always really fascinating.
Both my parents have moon conjunct neptune.
While I don't they were not the most stable and down to earth parents they were very interesting.

My Saggy sun, mercury and neptune are conjunct also! I get what your talking about, its taken me years to find anything that gave me a solid foundation and answers to bring the "other side" stuff together with reality in front of me.
If you go on You Tube, look up Gregg Braden...hes a scientist that is deeply spiritual and studied many different places with "masters" to learn the ancient secrets of true spirituality.
What i love about him though is he explains the science behind everything and how the universe works so you understand what these "masters" can do isnt some magical thing, its scientific.
I think my insecurities came from feeling so different, odd and disconnected from other people who seemed so normal. Its hard to sense things and feel things that others dont and then wonder if your crazy...im sure most ppl with prominent neptune's goes through this in some way at some time in their life.
I think the fear of feeling to far out there creates alot of stress and isolates you, at least it did me!
But this author is really grounding for me because he brings everything back around to logic! I have several books, and 4 of his books on CD now and they have have been so amazing for me, it just helps give some structure to something that seems completely intangible.

Wow, that would be a hard aspect to deal with. Ego conjunct instability and illusions.

Maybe finding an outlet that will utilize your creative energies.
Like "I'm So Cappy" said, escapism isn't that bad if it's a controlled type of escapism like taking a long road trip when you feel like everything is going crazy or taking classes to learn something new like cooking or art to direct your erratic energy into something creative.

I vote for creative expression. Paint, express your feelings by creating something abstract and dreamy?

You can do anything, really. Music, if you're interested, art...art comes in many forms, don't be afraid to experiment (or be afraid, but try it anyway, maybe?). My Neptune square Sun likes abstract photography. Dreamy, odd angles and the like. Mosaics have always appealed to me as well. Just food for thought.

I write alot, it does help! The conjunct uranus im sure makes it much harder to handle! My stellium only has uranus in exact semi-sextile to my Sun, so i doubt i feel uranus like you! Pluto is also exact sextile neptune for me, does your pluto make an aspect to your stellium?

My wife has that, and she married me, a pretty rational cohort. That said, I don't know that my reality-based approach is always something that is pleasing to her. Fortunately, she also found tolerance in me.

I think my Saturn is only aspected by Jupiter and my Mercury is conjunct Neptune and Uranus too.
