CIA Sun is exact on my DNA (2Leo, H7)
CIA True Node is exact on my Sun (0 Gem, H4)
CIA MC is exact on my Mars (19 Can, H6)
CIA IC is exact on my POF (19 Cap, H12) (lucky)

I started wigging out at 30; was normal and career-oriented before. Memories started cropping up, awful ones. And I never felt like my birth parents were my parents. Wrote poetry about feeling like an orphan.

I've figured out your chart as best as possible without knowing where you were born, but I set it up for a particular state where I've heard that a lot of CIA Monarch survivers seem to choose to live. This subject is so sensitive. I suspect that a major celebrity and one of his more "minor celebrity" brother or brothers were also Monarch children. This celebrity's birthday was yesterday, the 29th. He passed away a few years ago but he lived in that state a little less than a year before he died and the other brother still lives in that state. As I set up your chart for that state, your Sun, Mars, POF and DNA all line up for a particular late evening birth. I won't give the year.

I would like for I.Q. to comment if he shows up to this thread since he's got lots of information about the Monarch program and if you wouldn't mind, I'd share the chart I delineated, with him. Or if you don't mind me telling you what I have come up with for birth data here in this thread, but I won't until you give the word.

From what I see, this chart does strongly suggest genius level intelligence. The relationship between the planet Uranus to your Venus, within the house rulership set up of this chart suggests the strong feeling of parental detachment or "too much freedom" in or from the early childhood home.

There is an intensely pressurized relationship between Pluto to your Saturn suggesting intense control on you physically, as Saturn rules your ASC - one of the health centers of the chart and it's location in another health center of the chart. If there was some kind of father figure or paternal figure in your life, the planetary relationship suggests such intense pressurized control, rules, hard work & a strong emphasis on cooperation in service.

There is a strong planetary signature that can suggest strong anger to the point of rage-aholism toward you or from you and it's also a strong suggestion of torture as well.

I consider myself to be a novice as far as the Monarch program is concerned but I've heard that they were very interested in people who can possibly move objects through telekenesis but on a much higher level than just bending a spoon. If this is your chart, there is a planetary relationship between your Neptune and Mars that suggests, what I have learned to call, "the spell caster". I've seen it in the charts of many of my friends and I've only questioned one of my friends about it. She told me that she's had experiences where she has simply wiggled her finger to make dogs stop barking and it works most of the time. A Monarch Mind Controlled person, instead, would be able to do something as strenuous as Luke Skywalker lifting his ship out of the swamp without Yoda's help.

That's all I feel comfortable telling you now and I apologize for the Star Wars reference because I understand it's a possible trigger, and now I understand why. I never made the connection before.

"Too much freedom" would translate to "not enough protection"; T-square with Mars

No connection between Neptune and Mars. Only to Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Pluto. My first astrology reading, the person accidently muttered she didn't know how I was alive. Sun Moon opposed in 4th, near south node; Tsquare with Jupiter, trine Pluto. I'm very deep; black hole kind of endless deep.

I do have to be careful of what I think, or perhaps what I allow. It's taught me to have boundaries on my thoughts/actions.

Plus a YOD, with the MC at point in Scorpio. Finding alternative ways use this dark energy. It's a very creative energy, though I try not to create much at all. My relations are all positive in the community… I use this as informative feedback. I don't mean harm, but feel capable of it through telekenetic sort of means -- this may just be a residual fear from extreme torture as a child (when I was too immature to see the boundary between myself and the perpetrators).

As for their MC being in Cancer… my sun and moon are both in H4 (cancer's house), affected strongly by Neptune and Pluto. The CIA protected my family as long as we obeyed, shut up, played by their rules. My H4 feels detrimental, stiffling yet "safe" to an unhealthy zombied-out Neptune mindset.
Secondly, my Mars in Cancer is exact their MC… how it feels to me… aggression/intimidation in the home… they "take care" of the world, yes. In their own way.

Its Mercury and Venus are opposite my venus, mars, uranus and neptune (its lilith conjunct my stellium)
My pluto conjunct its Moon exact
Its NN conjunct my Dejanira exact.

Saturn is opposite my Saturn, and mercury

I've been studying paternity/maternity. It usually has to do with luminaries.

The most obvious being the Bushes (Sr/H.W. and Jr/W.). (As a sidenote, the CIA was ran by Sr/H.W. back then.) Their moons are 1 degree apart (same emotions). Junior's NN is 1 degree off Senior's Sun (same direction).

My sister aligned with my mother (her sun is the exact degree of my mothers sun).

A friend who knew he was going to be adopted out before he birthed aligned with a "bevy of friends" (H11 stellium of Sun, Moon, Mars, Jupiter, and Mercury) in Aries. And Uranus conjunct his birth mom's Asc.

Another friend has his moon exact his mothers moon.

Mine's a bit more sketchy:

I have reason to believe my mother was raped over my "father"s bad business deal. (Uranus-Venus opposition in T-square with Mars confirms my other evidence.)

I never felt connected to my parents. Only connection with mother is my H7 ("friends/enemies") Wisdom exact her Mercury. She thought I was a "smart" daughter but wouldnt take much of my advice. Sometimes my best friend; otherwise, handed me over to her husband for severe abuse; negligence and attempted murder.

Only connection with "father" is my Psyche in H1 exact his Sun/Jupiter combo. I guess I felt that aligning my soul with his grandiose ways would help me survive. However, he went full-speed into a soul-death cult (his Sun/Jupiter combo is opposed by his Pluto)… therefore, my Psyche/soul in baby house 1 is also opposed by his being a 5th-generation in a soul-death cult neatly contained in his Pluto. Lots of conscious and subconscious darkness.

My luminaries sit side-by-side in H4 "end of things", with H4's native sign Cancer at my "sundown" Descendent… both opposed by a "martyr mother" 10th house Neptune and trine 8th house Pluto… it's a bit grim. I've been doing this awhile and still don't know how to handle this horrendous "home" energy. I feel the best when I'm dead. Or homeless.

Yes. Memory was missing; but because Pluto trines my Sun and Moon, feelings of what was true still surfaced, ******* off "father" greatly. I had only slide show memories of my childhood. All other memories (moving, living memories) had been erased (repeatedly throughout childhood), and "father" put forced slide shows into my head to fill the void.

"Father" hunted me when i began to "awaken" from his spell. I was 30 (Saturn return… reliving early childhood). He acted so petrified and weird I knew it was deeper and more convoluted than I could comprehend. Things have calmed down now, of course. He wants nothing to do with me.

I've tried connecting, but they hold too many secrets. They see me as a threat. (My NN is exact or closely conjunct both their Chiron's).

My current friend connections feel like family due to strong astrological links (conjunct axis', mainly). I didn't try to do this; it just happened over time. Thankfully. It keeps me functioning.
