How would you describe the personality of each of these women, or what would you say is the main difference?:

Female one:
Aries Sun and Cancer Moon

Female two:
Taurus Sun and Virgo Moon

The Aries girl will probably be more emotional and spontaneous, outwardly or inwardly emotionally expressive and maybe moody and restless.

The Taurus girl is probably more relaxed, calmer and generally less "reactive" to things and people (emotionally speaking).
She may be a bit nervous or get easily anxious but generally steadfast.

That's a generalistic approach, not taking aspects or other placements into account!
Could be very different depending on the rest of the chart.
