It sounds logical. Did you ever notice this?
ut what about the people who have the same sign on 12th and 1st house cusp. I have Leo on both my 12th and 1st, and my mother has Libra on both house cusps. Does this mean that people with the same signs on house cusps of 12th and 1st are "What you see is what you get".

My 12th and 1st/rising are both in Capricorn.

That sounds about right for me... but don't forget about Moon, Mercury, etc.
