They're all good in their own way!Although I personally like Sun/Sun and Moon/Moon trines better than Sun/Moon trines because I feel them more. IP: Logged |

I think in a sun trine moon relationship(or any positive aspect between the two) , the couple feels like there is a purpose or goal that they want to complete together. Ex: The couple wants to get out and get things done in the world. It could be work related or just a desire to explore the world together. In a moon trine moon, I feel like the couple is comfortable with each other and with themselves in the relationship. You feel like you can grow old with the other person. Ex: The couple wants to grow into that ninety year couple who eats dinner together in front of the TV holding hands. I see it as active vs. passive. IP: Logged |

I think trines are good for friendships!
Especially sun trine sun.

Based on your Q. Answer is the DW S tr. M.S tr. S - V. good. similar to (MR tr. MR) M tr. M - V. good. similar to (VE tr. VE) The aspect that has the potential to bring something very unusual and special to the union is: S conj. M - instant positive energy
M conj. S - instant positive energy & DW conj of S w M - instant positive energy
There may be an easier way to read and understand complicated Synastry pie chart aspects. Pie chart aspects can also be produced onto a basic Synastry Aspect Chart, a color coded chart. Review the sample chart at your leisure. It may help you gain even more insight than you currently have.

I have Sun square Sun with the DW person actually, and ALMOST Moon opposition Moon with them. 1 sign away.

I'm thinking that the strong aspects in a synastry chart are the conjunction, trine sun-moon, moon-moon, sun-venus and moon-venus connection.A moon-neptune connection may bring unconditional love which could add some endurance to the relationship, along with above listed contacts. IP: Logged |

Yeah sun square sun feels raw.
Square is a martian energy you feel really stripped down to the bone with that person. It's not superficial at all.

Sun trine/sextile sun there's a strong need to harmonize together. I'll scratch your back if your scratch mine. With sun square sun Your egos clash so it's either you love me, or hate me.
You're right, It's less about harmony and more about understanding each others differences and learning to deal with them. So you know the real them with out any of the false appearances. However there has to be other soft aspects in synastry in order for it to be long term because it could get tiring which could lead to resentment. IP: Logged |
