I've always been wanting to know, if I have planets in the first house will it affect my rising sign or how I come across to people when I first meet them?

I have both Neptune & Uranus in the 1st house. Neptune is a more tighter conjunction to the ascendant than Uranus is.

What does having planets like Neptune & Uranus in the first house represent? How will it affect my personality? Which one would be more dominant, Uranus or Neptune? Or is it equal.

How will I come across to people when I first meet them having those planets in the first house is what I'm asking.

First, tell me how you get along with people your age? Do you feel a part of your generation or like you don't belong?

With Neptune on the ascendant, you might go to a lot of parties, like to have a good time. Neptune tends to produce people who seek the fun side of life instead of the serious, like with Saturn in the same spot.

Do others see you as not being serious enough? What about erratic? Do people have the opinion you are a bit erratic and slightly unpredictable? Maybe you have an offbeat sense of humor? What about eccentricity?

I have Uranus conjunct my ascendant and that's' how I am seen more often than not.

2. As for feeling out of place, it depends on the situation. For example, people could be having conversations that I'm not interested in, and I'll simply feel like I don't belong.

3. Hmm as for not being serious enough? I doubt it. A lot of people tend to say that I worry a lot.

4. Erratic? I can in fact be different or act strange in a way. Unpredictable? Hmm. Maybe? I don't know about that. But I am shocking to many!

Dude. Take it from me, you sound like a cool guy and at your age obviously people will talk behind your back.

Remember we're just kids. Your definitely original and people might see this sort of aloofness about you. Your probably EXTREMELY sensitive and this is because of that neptune conjunct ascendant.

Or, you could be connected in some way to what Neptune rules, the ocean, large animals, water in general, alcoholic beverages, pubs, bars, photography/videos, art, the oil industry, marine life, dancing, hospitals or prisons, meaning you work in one or are interested in one day having a job being a nurse or prison guard.

Well, your appearance is guided by a lot of things. Genetics first, but then other factors in your chart would probably take precedence over a planet in the first house.
