My mom is a Virgo Sun with a Moon in Scorpio and my older sister is a Cancer Sun Moon in Scorpio. I read somewhere that having a moon in Scorpio is one of the worst placements to have and that it indicates heavy karmic baggage. It just seems like my mom and older sister always have a lot of stress. And they tend to make decisions that aren't the most prosperous or healthy for them. My mom has had a really tough tough life abusive relationships, power struggles, competitions at work, trouble with employments etc. She's very emotional and not the good kind of emotional but more of the wallowing that doesn't learn from her mistakes The same thing for my sister who's even more so. They even have trouble getting along even if they love each other they think the other has manipulation problems. I really don't see it that way at all I just think theyre both very sensitive people who need to be nurtured more often. My sister has paradoxical insomnia too and married very young and just has a very tumultuous relationship. I get along with them and a lot of my friends are Scorpios but I don't think Scorpio suns are very much like scorpio moons. I think Scorpio suns are very aware and embrace their dark side and use it well. Scorpio moons seem in my opinion have a different dynamic and i'm not sure what it is. The Scorpio moons I know suffer a lot through out their lives but really don't have a lot of rest or happy moments in between their rocky situations. Do you guys know about this placement?

I have Scorpio moon and all you said rings very true. I have toxic and heavy emotional vibe that pushes people off. I am starting to control it now at the age of 40. Sports and long walks in nature have helped me. And being with water sign people... sun and moon sign pisces and cancers and scorpios. Especially Pisces have healed me with their subtle and kind energy. A Scorpio moon woman needs a Pisces sun/moon or venus man )

It is a powerful placement when mastered... gives great insight, passion, depth, intuition, devotion, motherly instinct, fertility, psychic abilities etc. It is my main baggage in this life.

Wow. I really admire you I'm glad you found wonderful outlets and people to help you grow.

I think it's one of the most powerful and spiritual placements there's a lot of depth and unconditional love but it feels like that whole life balancing thing of having so much to give but being met with a lot of turmoil for it. My mom is a wonderful wonderful painter creativity and artistic outlets come so natural to me because of her influence. She's taught me to be independent feminist (even if she doesn't know she has,) and strong. I'm the first woman in my family to have graduated from school with a college degree and a masters and I'm only 22. It really was because of her push and emphasis on teaching yourself rather than anything having to do with my own intelligence. My sister AND my mom have taught me to value self knowledge and movement and poetry all these wonderful things. I think Scorpio moons make the best mothers and they really are psychic. I was in a relationship and my mom AND sister had a dream about him and his drug problem before I even told them I was dating him. I'm a Libra sun Capricorn moon so I feel their energy is powerful but never destructive. I just notice they go through A LOT. It's like they were warriors in their past lives and that strong spirit is carried on. I never grew up with my father but I never had a desire for a father or had 'daddy issues' as they say. My mom use to always say she was my mom and my dad. My sister is the same way she use to say a mother is needed always, a father too, but never like the mother. I really love them I just notice there's a difficult karmic tension with their energy.

I have a bad temper (Scorpio mars as well) and I regret that I have been emotionally aggressive with my children. I love them to bits, but when angry I can be really scary. I hope that my deep love for them makes up for these bad moments.
You are so right about this warrior energy... I do feel like one . Have always fought for what I want and I like making an effort... easy come and go is not for me.
